How does the platform work?
You can use Workis in two ways: 1) Workis self-service - you upload a job ad (describe the nature of the job, specify the salary), select employees and wait for them to come to work. 2) Workis team creates a job ad and selects employees for you. In both cases, after the employee has completed the work, you will be able to rate them on the platform from 1 to 5 stars. Workis signs the employment contract with the employee and pays the salary. You don't have to worry about any administration work!

What information about the candidates will I be able to see?
Workis short-term employees are already fully prepared for work: having passed introductory and work safety training and uploaded their medical certificate. Before choosing a candidate, you will be able to see their profile (name, surname, photo), the average rating of the candidate, the number of shifts worked in Workis and other information. You will also see special badges next to some candidates that distinguish the best and most active workers on the platform.
